How it works

Hour lines like "Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00" are parsed into OpeningHoursSpecification objects with the day names expanded (ranges can wrap across the weekend). Address fields go into a PostalAddress.

How to use it

Limitations

Local rankings depend mostly on Business Profile data, proximity and reviews; schema is supplementary. Always test the output in Google's Rich Results Test and make sure the markup matches content visible on the page.
