This policy explains what information SEO Report Tools ("we", "us") handles when you use this website. The data controller is Awrda IT. You can contact us at app@awrda.com.

Information in the tools

• Browser-based tools (text, meta tags, schema, converters and similar) process your input on your device. The text you type is not sent to our server.
• URL-based tools send the web address you enter to our server so that it can request that page. We do not store the page content or the results. Results may be cached for about ten minutes to limit repeat requests.

Information we store

• Anonymous usage counts such as how many times a tool was opened, run, copied or downloaded, and page view counts per URL. These do not contain your input, IP address or any identifier.
• Abuse-prevention records. To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address with a request counter for up to a few hours. Contact-form messages store your name, email address, message and IP address so we can reply and prevent spam.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider may include IP address, browser type and requested URL.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use an essential cookie to remember your consent choice and a session cookie to protect forms. With your consent, our analytics and advertising partners may set their own cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Analytics and advertising partners

When enabled and after you consent, Google Analytics 4 measures aggregated usage. We configure it not to receive the text or URLs you enter in tools. Advertising may be provided by Google AdSense, Adsterra and Monetag, which can use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads; their handling of data is described in their own privacy policies. Why we process data

To operate and secure the website, understand which tools are useful, respond to messages and fund the service through advertising. Where the law requires a legal basis we rely on legitimate interests for security and aggregate statistics, and on consent for analytics and advertising cookies.

Retention

Contact messages are kept until they are handled and then deleted on request or after a reasonable period. Usage counts are kept in aggregate.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Email app@awrda.com to make a request.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
